I took my car in for trans problems and they told me I needed a new transmission and told me the cost. I agreed to the costs and 2 days later they called and told me to pick up the car. They also told me the price if I paid cash and then told me to add 4% of I paid by credit card. I couldn't believe they were going to charge me to use a credit card. So I had to take time off of work to get to a bank and get cash before the bank closes which I did the next day, but before I could get in to get the car they call me and tell me that I will be charged $20 a day after today for storage fees. This company doesn't have a clue how to take care of customer. I will never go there again.
