Horrible place to go
Took my yukon in for a transmission flush. 2 hour into the service I received a call from brown stating I needed a mass air flow sensor. Highly advise that he would pop one In,and see how my yukon would run. Call e d back yup don't do a required tran flush, just go with the mas. I declined and stated just a transmission. Flush. Kept pushing me to do the Mas. I claimed to di the flush please. And so rude to me and demand I do the Mas. I finally yelled at him and said to do the flush . 2 hours later, it was done. Rude and wanted $250. For the replacement. Drove from brown to auto zone, 10 minutes or less replacement. I explained that after my husband stroke, and loss of hours at work. No care no company ran like this should receive any business.

Honest and Respectful
What started out to be a easy repair turned very difficult, but these guys never stopped until it was right. I highly recommend this shop. Honest and Respectful.

Wonderful service, fair and honest
I have been going to Brown’s for auto service for more than 10 years. They always do a great job and give good, honest auto advice. Even after moving an hour away, I still go back to Brown’s for service. I trust these guys!

Great service!
I scheduled an appointment easily over the phone and did a key drop since I couldn’t make it during open hours. They were great at communicating my car’s issues and fixed everything promptly. My total even came out lower than expected. Highly recommend!

Bad Business
Called for a quote on a trans rebuild gave me a price of $2,800, then when asked charge on installing "labor only" a new one response was "calls for 6hrs @$95 hr would be $1,000. HuH.....what kind of math is that!!?? Simple the Manager is inflating prices to acquire sales bonus' yet all they're really doing is making the business look bad. Shame Br*an G*y didn't operate that way!
