Can't imagine better
Thanks to Brown for their good work -- in the shop and in the office. A friend whose car I backed into recommended them, and I'm very glad I went to them. George Lindsay was in touch with me about delays in getting parts, which I appreciated. Absolutely recommend Brown Collision Center.

Back up cameras not adjusted properly
We have to go back to fix the bumper- the backup cameras now indicate that there is something behind us. The scratch they repaired was on the side, though they installed a new back panel which is now causing our problem.

Repair took a long time, and still had problems.
Most of the repair of our vehicle went well, despite needing to wait well over a month for them to even be ready to service the car. Extremely disappointed by Brown’s partnership with neighboring Enterprise who never had a vehicle to rent us when we needed it. After the repair was “completed” we noticed that the new mirror was visably warped, and now must wait for them to get a new part and go through the process again.
