BEYOND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE & THE CONFIDENCE OF KNOWING I WAS IN GOOD HANDS.
I CALLED MID DAY TO HAVE MY GRINDING BRAKES TAKEN CARE OF BUT I WAS ON A VERY TIGHT TIME LINE. ERIC ANSWERED & ASKED A FEW QUESTIONS THEN ASURED ME THAT THEY HAD THE PARTS & IF I CAME DOWN RIGHT NOW HE WOULD MEET MY TIME FRAME & SAID IF FOR SOME REASON THEY DO NOT MAKE MY TIMELINE HE WOULD FILL UP HIS GAS TANK IN HIS PERSONAL TRUCK & I COULD USE IT FOR THE NEXT DAY. I FELT SAFE, SECURE, IN GOOD HANDS & IF FOR SOME UNKNOWN REASON MY CAR WAS NOT FIXED HE HAD A BACK UP PLAN FOR ME & THAT I WOULD NOT BE WITHOUT A RIDE NO MATTER WHAT.
