We worked with Brad a bit over the phone before coming in since I’m immune compromised, and had verbal agreements in everything before going in. He stayed late to get the deal done that evening, and he and Jordan in finance were both very gracious about sanitizing everything for us and wearing masks. Once we arrived everything was super easy, they stood by all of their verbal agreements from our phone calls, and we were on our way pretty quickly after a bit of paperwork. Definitely the easiest and most painless car buying experience I’ve ever had.
