Nearis said it was good. They had great customer service, were very friendly and told him the truth about what was going on with his vehicle. They gave him an idea of what needed to be fixed, giving him some time to save for it, fixed some of the problems he did have, it wasn't long and he was only there a couple of hours.

My wife's truck AC went out, and she was not happy. Took the truck to First Choice, and they got my wife's truck in and out. She was delighted that she didn't have to go without her vehicle for a long time.

Their Name Says It All, First Choice Auto
Over the years, we’ve dealt with a number of car dealer service centers—many of them were sloppy, dishonest, or just plain sharks. Thankfully, we found First Choice Auto of Joliet. Their team clearly values honesty, care, and efficient service.

They recently completed a full brake job, oil change, and tire rotation for us, and everything was done right the first time, with no pressure or surprises. This place is a rare find and well worth the 30-mile drive every single time.

We could go somewhere closer, but when it comes to integrity and quality work, First Choice Auto of Joliet is the only place we trust. You should too!
