Damaged our car
Absolutely horrible experience. They DAMAGED our car and will not take responsibility or follow through with working it out. My husband brought his car in for a simple oil change & brake job. It wasn't completed on time and he had to borrow a car for work the next day. Not a huge deal, however, after picking up his car a few days later it started smoking and needed to be towed elsewhere as it was not driveable. It seems that the delay was them hiding their mistake and it turned out that they cracked a line and oil leaked all over the alternator. This caused over $1200 of damage.
We had it fixed elsewhere as we had lost trust and then brought paperwork and asked to discuss a solution with Brielle. They claim the damage was spontaneous despite happening just after this maintenance and on a newer very well cared for vehicle. We've been there multiple times in person and have called and have been UTTERLY dismissed. We've been given the run around with the promise of return calls and absolutely nothing happening for weeks now. We've given them ample opportunity to do something to rectify the situation and they haven't. Now, I will spend my time warning everyone I know and everyone else I can to stay far away from this place.
