They did a thorough diagnosis and review of a transmission problem where my car kept getting struck in reverse. They also repeatedly drove the car, trying to duplicate the problem that I had described. And, as I did not readily have a ride to pick my car back up, they delivered it back to my home. I have since driven the car several times myself, and there have been no issues.
