Recently, my windows stopped working, while down, with rain coming in the next few hours (and forecasted for the next 3 days). R&L couldn't get me in, so I took it to another local shop - their name is also the name of a gemstone. They charged me $150, and my windows worked for 12 hours.
I just got it back from R&L, and -the shop that shares a name with the birthstone of May- basically zip-tied the problem. They could've just taken it out and cleaned it.
If anything happens with my or my wife's cars in the future, I will not be gambling on an unknown shop for time's sake.
I should've just put some trash bags on, and waited for R&L.
