Fixed leak but created another problem

I got these guys to fix a coolant leak yesterday on my
2016 Colorado, the leak is fixed and quickly, but it was $572 (labor + one hose + coolant) since it was located behind the engine. I thought this was fair for the workload and I figured it would be repaired right, however they forgot to reinstall my windshield wiper motor and put the cowl back very sloppy with some rivets not even in place. They also didn't plug in my windshield wiper fluid. So since it was raining and I needed my wipers, I fixed it myself on the side of the road with a few tools. When I called this morning, there was no offer to make it right but to notify the tech who made the mistake. I haven't had issues here before, but I did expect more of them to do the job right the first time and remediate.
