I'm a long time customer, and my entire family has used them. They are always up front, honest, and they explain options. They also call to keep you informed during the repair process. This visit I had a repair that could be done two ways, one very expensive, and one was less than $100. On a past visit, I had so many things wrong, so I asked which things were a must-fix for safety and longevity, and which things could wait, and they were honest. I have never ever experienced them trying to sell me something I didn't need. Totally trustworthy, I recommend to all my friends.
