The work, including an initially unseen bent bracket when the fender was removed was repaired/restored to perfection. Thank you to the technicians who worked on my car. The check in process was thorough with Tim Olmstead, and follow up communication from him was outstanding. Meaningful to Subaru was Tim assuring me they "love Subarus". I knew my ten year old Forester was in good hands. The staff at Brandywine Coach Works (shout out Amanda who kindly explained the process to me when I called in with questions ) are friendly and the atmosphere is warm. I greatly appreciated the arrangement with Enterprise for a rental car to be brought to me. Timewise, initially, I was told 2 1/2 weeks. It helped that Subaru parts were in stock. These excellent technicians completed the work in three days. This business merits "10s"
