Last summer my Kia Forte 2014 engine experienced a catastrophic failure due to a known fault that the dealership didnt want to help me with. The dealership blamed me for not taking care of the car. Thankfully Chris was able to get me a new engine! The price of the labor and the engine replacement was low enough that I was happy to pay and not deal with the hassle of buying another car.
Just recently I got an oil change on the forte and it was only $50.78! That included the labor and necessary tools/consumables. I feel pretty good about going in there because no one looks for was to nickel-n-dime me and the guys are always professional to interact with.
