Sham and fake mechanics
You did unnecessary work which did not solve my problem. I had a problem with the radio, and you proposed some ungodly hugely expensive repair of electrical system. I told the service person, that it is the radio that can't be shut-off, but that was ignored. Your $229 diagnostic service was a sham and useless. Totally disgusted with your service and would like refund.

Responsive and helpful
I recently met Richard, a manager at Brake Stop. I arrived without an appointment, with a broken sun visor in hand and disintegrating windshield wipers. Richard was friendly and helpful and took care of both issues on the spot.
Several months earlier, I took my car in for what I thought would be a tune-up and tire rotation but learned the car needed a new suspension and shocks instead. The other store manager with whom I'd previously interacted on a number of occasions arranged to start and finish the work on the same day. The price was higher than I anticipated, but the repairs were done well, and my car has felt much safer and responsive since. The service was incredible in that the manager arranged to have my car delivered to my driveway after closing since I was working and could not walk back to the shop in the dark at night. Much appreciated!

Reliable and honest
Can’t say enough about brake stop. Very reliable friendly cost conscious and thorough. Hard to find honest garage with good prices and they back up the work. I take all my cars here.

Poor communication
I had an appt scheduled, but when I arrived was told the technician was not there. Apparently, he had notified the office he would not be there two hours earlier. I had to reschedule. when a customer has an appointment, it's common courtesy to notify you when it won't be honored. I was very disappointed.
