My sister took her car here and I would need a book to write all the things they did. THey replaced her engine under a warranty company she had and they called her yelling at her making her cry because they were having a hard time negotiating costs , how is that her problem, like she is not already upset not having a car to work!
Then after they do the work, they killed her battery by not putting one cable on and another lose then try to sell her a $900 alternator !! (must have gold and diamonds) We had to buy a new battery after we just bought the other one only 6 months ago and it starts w/o any issues 3 months later. In addition, they broke her car alarm, put a hole in the coolant reservoir and let her drive out of there with gas leaking onto the engine.
Keith needs anger management classes because all he knows how to do is lie and yell and strong arm and threaten you to accept defeat that its not their fault. This place needs to be closed or turned into a proson where they all live happily ever after
