Beyond horrible, Overpriced, Unprofessional staff
PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! I just recently got an oil change from another technician after receiving an unwanted oil change from brake force and I was reminded of the nightmare of an experience I had here. They torqued on my oil filter and drain plug, which leads me to believe that the techs here are completely untrained. I went in for issues with my battery and ended up getting 'needing' an entire replacement of my serpentine belt, a new battery and several small parts. They charged me over 2700 dollars, up-charging me and adding on services at every step. I would have been okay with the oil change and extra needed parts if they just called me but instead they tacked it onto my bill at the end with no explanation other then they 'forgot to call me'. Not only that it took them over 3 weeks to complete the service, claiming they 'forgot my car was here'. How that can even happen is beyond me. Justin the owner was completely unprofessional and made every step of the process as painful as possible, I will never be coming back here and highly recommend you stay clear of this place.
