Friendly, fast, honest service

Boosting the AC befoe vacation
Bradley's is always accommodating.They take my automobile immediately into the shop for repairs. Those repairs are always done to a very high standard and at a reasonable cost.

Overheating on Shrewsbury Ave
This afternoon, in the course of a very busy day, I noticed that my temperature gauge on my 2012 Dodge Ram was completely “ in the red “
After passing a number of “ convenient store gas stations “, I happened upon Bradley’s Auto Service-
And not a minute too soon -
The engine was steaming and had the kind of metallic smell that would say “ this is gonna cost you some money “!
If it could talk -
Obviously a very vulnerable position where a group that was unscrupulous could hammer a customer into a tasty flank steak -
Upon arriving in the garage, an understated, confident young man instructed me to go inside and speak to the young lady behind the counter -
Erika -
In the course of juggling paperwork, answering phones, and dealing with several other customers who came in and out of the reception area in the short time that I was there -
I never once thought I had been forgotten about and the “ cool style “ that this brand of multi tasking was handled with, gave me every confidence that she and the staff were rapidly addressing my situation
With in 1/2 hr, I was back on the road having been charged what I would consider in this day in age ; a price that was more than favorable-
I have been self employed ( one way or another ) since 1973, and can very often be horribly judgmental when it comes to customer service and the level of quality associated with the way my consumer dollars are spent -
But not this time -
I couldn’t be more pleased ————
