Picked my vehicle up with a new issue after it was repaired
My SUV was repaired by their service department under a Hyundai warranty. I picked my vehicle up after the repairs were complete and didn’t know until that night when it was dark that one of my headlights was out. Open the hood to check the to find that the wiring for my headlight was a mess and not reconnected properly. I tried calling to report the issue and was told I would have to go through the service rep. Ive called multiple times, left multiple voicemails without a response. I had 2 working headlights and a working turn signal when My vehicle was dropped off. Now I have a turn signal and headlight out and no response from the dealership. I live over an hour away so just dropping by there doesn’t work without taking time off work. I’ve also asked in my multiple voicemails if they could mail my EZ pass that was forgotten in the loaner vehicle and I would pay the shipping. I went nearly a month without my vehicle only to get it back and have an issue because the service department didn’t put things back together correctly. It’s extremely frustrating!
