Trustworthy car service
I had a very pleasant experience at the automotive shop. Everyone was knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and considerate. It was different from other places that I have taken my car to be serviced. The services that were necessary to be performed were explained in detail and written up in a way that was helpful to me as the consumer great job guys.!!!

IDEAL SPOT FOR MARYLAND INSPECTION
This was the only shop that I contacted to perform my Maryland Inspection who wasn't trying to make me drop my vehicle off and they only gave me a time of 1 hour. Very professional and thoughtful of others time... I had an 8:00am appointment and was done before or by 9:00am... Thanks again for your great customer service SEAN❣️

Quality and service is going down!
It's sad how bad things can get in one year. They kept my truck 2 days. I paid for a diagnostic but was given no accurate description of what the problem was. They said they would call me the next day for what the repair cost would be and did not. I've lost my confidence with the Bowie Auto clinic. Ended up going to the dealer. Maybe you'll have a better experience!

Reliable, Trustworthy and Great Customer Service
I’ve been taking my cars here for the last several years and I recommend them without reservation. Recent experience: I took my car to a dealership for a recall and while it was there the dealer recommended over $6,000 in repairs to address a rubbing noise I heard coming from the front end! Brought it to the guys at Bowie Auto Clinic and they diagnosed as a very minor issue and had it repaired within a few hours! Even when my cars have needed more extensive and costly service I have been 100% satisfied with the experience. They are upfront with their estimates and realistic about the urgency of their suggested repairs.
