Seems slightly unreasonable that my car has been in the repair shop for over a year now, with the exception of a couple of weeks, and still no one there cares to help.
I had trouble with this car since the beginning. I was dismissed multiple times when I went in to have it looked at. Ended up taking it into the shop in August 2021. Car is still there. There is no communication. The three previous service managers I had in the last 12 months are all gone. I was given an ultimatum by one of the managers to have some thing done with my car when I had zero information. I have also been lied to by the manager. I was told by more than one employee that my car was no longer safe. Hyundai corporate does nothing to help.Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get help?
