These snakes at Boucher Hyundai are refusing to answer to me WHY my loan amount was written by Finance Manager JR for MORE than the lease buyout quote. My lease buyout/TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE (Out the door price!) from Hyundai Motor Finance was $18,361.38, which included sales tax and the two payments remaining on my lease. But as you can see, JR prepared the loan in the amount of $20,036.48. I’ve been asking JR and Ryan for over two months now to explain to me the discrepancy and I want to see an itemization with the explanation for the higher loan amount. At first I was told by management that my lease buyout didn’t include sales tax or the last two remaining lease payments, so those costs had to be added in to my loan. I was told that info before I had received my lease buyout breakdown of the numbers. I finally received the lease buyout breakdown of all the numbers from Hyundai Motor Finance, who had been stonewalling sending me the document for six weeks. Why?? Aren’t I entitled to know what’s in my lease buyout?? I had to fight for that document. I probably made 30 phone calls to Hyundai Motor Finance demanding my document. Why? I was aware of the $399 service fee, but that doesn’t account for the loan being $1675.10 more. The General Sales Manager, Ryan Fitzsimmons, has flat out not responded to a single email of mine demanding to know what was added to my loan. That seems on the up and up, right? The Finance Manager, JR, who wrote the loan and fully well knows what he did, will respond with generalities. Interesting, for a guy who deals in numbers all day long, he won’t provide me any specific numbers. That leads me to speculate and assume I’m not getting answers because he fraudulently padded my loan to increase the commission. This is how Boucher Hyundai treats a return customer—by lying, scheming, and stealing money from me. This was my third transaction with them in six years. What kind of immoral, unscrupulous person does it take to sit face to face with a customer while scamming them behind a computer screen? How low can Boucher Hyundai go? BEFORE considering doing business with a car dealer, watch all the videos on car dealer scams on YouTube. They really have some elaborate schemes to scam you out of money and more. There’s even some undercover footage that’s great. Nothing is too low for them. It’s gotten so bad everyone needs to protect themselves with audio and video before you ever walk through those doors. And I don’t know if that’s even enough, so my advice, don’t ever do business with a car dealer. They’re xxxx. I’m going to fight for a fair and honest resolution to this fraud.

To anyone who’s done business with this dealership, you might want to go over your documents with a fine tooth comb or have a professional accountant or attorney look them over. Or better yet, a former car salesperson. They know all the tricks.
