Great Service but Odd Billing
Our car arrived by tow truck with no advance notice. Boston Muffler efficiently prioritized and performed the repairs so that the car was ready 2 hours earlier than promised. Their hard work enabled us to get to an important engagement only a few minutes later than planned. They lost a star because billing was a bit odd - they charged our card about $12 more than the invoice total without an understandable reason.

Hi Katherine,
The $12 dollar more that was charge on your card was for credit card fee, If you pay with cash, you wont get that charge
