Exceptional Service and Warranty at Body & Paint Center of Hudson
I recently had my car serviced at the Body & Paint Center of Hudson, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of the repairs and the warranty they offer. Not only did they do a fantastic job on the repairs, but they also provide impressive warranties, including a lifetime warranty on paint and a three-year warranty on bodywork. Gabby, my estimator, was a standout throughout the process. Whether I called her or she reached out to me, Gabby was always responsive and incredibly patient. She made the experience very smooth and pleasant. I am so grateful for her assistance and highly recommend this center to anyone needing body and paint work. Their commitment to quality and customer service is truly commendable.

Including and in addition to the exceptional body work, AMAZING Service!
As a result of a minor fender bender, my insurance company referred me to Body & Paint Center. From the start, I was impressed with Heather and the rest of the staff who were efficient and helpful. It was great to meet Tom Ricci, President, who set expectations for the repair all of which were met. The repair and the additional work they needed to do was on-time - actually I got a call that the car was ready a day before expected. When I picked it up, the cleaning and detailing was exceptional. My car has never looked this good. They make a point of exceeding expectations and for me that is important. I will highly recommend them and refer my friends to them going forward. Truly Excellent Service.
Drop off/pick up was quick and easy. Everyone I dealt with either in-person or on the phone were helpful and friendly. They kept me informed of progress and any adjustments to the original quote and worked with my insurance company. Repair work was excellent and I am very satisfied.
I've used The Body & Paint Center twice now and would definitely recommend them. They do great work and are very easy to work with. Overall, they seem very organized and have good communication.

The whole process was seamless. This season was very busy but Mike was willing to fix our car so it's drivable before the appointment. The booking process was very easy and they were very friendly. Our car looks great now and it was just an overall excellent service.
