A pleasant weekend family visit quickly turned into a nightmare when my 18-year-old Lexus RX330 started smoking from under the hood coming off the I-95 exit ramp in Boca Raton. Paul, the Boca's Best owner, was already at work before his official business hours when my car and I arrived. He had already reviewed the email I sent via his website and was prepared to take my car immediately. Professional and empathetic, Paul put my mind at ease that his staff would finish the repair on my car that afternoon. Nightmare quickly laid to rest!
