GIVE Praise where Praise IS DUE🤩
Wow! They did it again! Redwood Tree🌲 is the place to be. Their front desk Service manager gave me options for everything I needed help with; who does that? Well She did! I didn’t feel pressured into “this is what you have to do” scenarios and I felt empowered with the choices that were provided to me(while trying to decide which option to go with when “adulting” and dropping the $ on my personal transportation necessities). I was also pleasantly surprised with the modern, clean, and large waiting room(bigger than their store front) , especially since I always see the customers waiting outside instead of their waiting room.
And finally, the BIGGIE—- Their mechanic, I believe his name is Travis, was very thorough and helped me, Absolutely , in leaving Redwood Tree feeling like he did his work with intention and that he did! Job well done! Thank you! Our experiences completely and now, repeatedly, have my husband and I as repeat customers!
