They went above and beyond! I will be forever grateful for their kindness and quickness. They deserve more then 5 stars. If you want a trustworthy mechanic then go to Bob's Auto in Rapid City. They will get your vehical back to running safe and the best customer service. I came in frantic and scared But left relieved and confident. Thank you again guys for all your help!

Great work by great mechanics.
I wanted to get the van I’ve owned for 23 years repaired. Bob’s Auto was able to do the necessary work and find the parts necessary. I’m a happy guy to have my van in good shape.

We've been taking vehicles to Bob's Auto since we moved to the Rapid City area in 2015. They do good work and are trustworthy, not rip-off artists like some other auto repair outfits. Their honesty and getting repairs done efficiently and in a timely manner speaks volumes for their service. Also, if NAPA says they're good guys, they're good guys. I'd recommend them to anyone.
