Service is bad
I have peeling paint which is under warranty. Also 2 recalls. The service department was rude except for Tommy, the valet. I called corporate and they sent me here for the 2 recalls. They also said they’d send me to their closest body shop. The service guy said they’d send don’t do that. I told him this is a Hyundai problem, not a me problem. They said I have to call dealerships with a body shop. They’re all more than an hour from me. I refuse to drive that far as I’m a senior with health issues. Then they said I’d be here several hours today for the recalls. I should have walked out when purchasing the car as it was the worst car buying experience I ever had. And now service advisors are just as rude. Hyundai Corporate lied to me regarding the paint. This is the worst dealership I’ve ever been to and I’ve purchased many vehicles in my lifetime. I recommend no one use this dealership!
