Overcharged....
My engine light was on and they charged a full hour to run diagnostics and included shop/misc fees (same as if they worked on the car and used disposable/waste products.

I tried to contact the owner but they did not bother to respond.

p.s. while the light was still on i happened to be at another garage and they said "oh let's have a quick look....they walked over with the diagnostics device....let it connect to my car wirelessly and in 3 minutes gave me the same answer!"....i wouldnt have minded paying for 1/2 hour but one hour is way over the top. and i didnt appreciate them not contacting/discussing with me.

now my allegiance is to the other garage that has a color in its name ;-) they are awesome.
