We are ASE certefied and have reqular training to keep our staff updated on the vast changes in the industry. We service all makes and models no repair is too big or too small. We do do basic maintenance oil changes, brakes, tires and alignments all the way up to engine and transmission repairs and custom exhaust. Service cost ridiculous
The cost for diagnostic is ridiculous, you could’ve at least took the cost for the repair from the diagnostic cost. I had to spend $201.00 dollars for a service that only cost $50. I didn’t think that was fair service. The mechanic was very helpful and nice also the front desk agent. But please take this to the owner about the cost for diagnostic because I won’t return just because of the amount I had to pay when it’s tough out here for people. I hope this reviews get to someone to review the marketing process. The service great but the cost will drive people away. Be blessed

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate your kind words about our technician and front office staff, and we're glad you felt you were treated well during your visit.

We also understand your concerns regarding the diagnostic fee. Diagnostic testing is often more involved than simply identifying a part that may need replacement. Our technicians invest time, training, specialized equipment, and testing procedures to accurately determine the cause of a vehicle's issue before any repairs are performed. The diagnostic charge reflects that expertise and process. We also diagnosed multiple issues under the one fee as an additional courtesy to you. 

That said, we understand that unexpected vehicle expenses can be difficult, and we certainly never want a customer to feel frustrated by the cost of service. Your feedback regarding our pricing and policies will be shared with ownership for review.
