Horrible Business
I do NOT recommend this business. My wife and I took our 2013 Jeep Wrangler to them for repairs for two years. They were unable to find the issue, but often had other repairs (other than the ones we went in for) to do. In the end, I had to replace my entire engine, cadilidic converters, and all the hoses associated because they did not do basic engine care (secure the air filter cap, thus my engine sucked up dirt for two years). When confronted with the issue, they denied any responsiblity and were not helpful. They are incompentent at best and most likely negligent from our experiences. There were several other smaller issues we had with them too but I want to keep this short. -DMH

Great service
They diagnosed the problem concerning my a/c venting problem and made the repair at a reasonable cost. They also checked the alignment on my vehicle and performed it as well. Heath was my service advisor and worked with me through the entire process. This wasn't my first experience with Birdsong Automotive which is why I returned again.

Repair to cooling system, 2016 Wrangler.
Joel and Heath are professionals, it is obvious they love their work and very important for me, they know Jeeps! I had over-heating issues, not unusual with a 7-year old vehicle with +100K miles!
It took a bit, but they found the issue. Our conversation early on described what may have to be done, even to the point of major engine repair. However, they explained that all options would be explored before spending big money, and sure enough, the found the gremlin without tearing into the motor. I appreciate their communication, honesty, and quality work. And...they like Jeeps!

The staff was very professional and friendly. The work on my vehicle was completed with in the agreed timeline and the pricing was reasonable.

Excellent facility, excellent communication from Joel and Heath. They found oil and coolant leaks I never would have thought about. Work completed when and as promised, we highly recommend them!

Spark plug change for 2005 Ford F250
Contacted Birdsong Automotive about changing the spark plugs on my 2005 Ford F250. Dropped my truck off in the morning and they had completed the spark plug change (with no broken spark plugs) by mid-afternoon. I am pleased with their work.
