Disappointing All Around
Took my truck in for repairs on shocks specifically, given an estimate of around $3200 (estimate from GMC Sunrise was closer to $4800). Owner said he would do a diagnostic check for no charge and call me with results. 4 tires, alignment, shocks, arms, ball joints, brakes, etc. later, estimate was closer to $8600+. When I declined so I could take back to dealership, owner went back on his word and DID charge for 2 different diagnostic tests ($360), a tire change ($99), and an electrical update ($287). Paid $787 for essentially nothing to be fixed. So disappointing. Heard from others this is their MO. Be careful and triple check everything.
