Very unhappy with the customer service
I was provided one quote and then told it would be another prices days later and when confronted, there was no empathy and a statement simply made to me “I’m human” with no attempt to rectify the mistake made. In addition when I went to pick up my car, I was then lied on— someone there accusing me of making a statement I did not make. I will never bring my car here again. I’d rather deal with the dealership.

Thank you for choosing us for your ALFA work.  What is stated above is certinaly not TRUE.  You were never lied too at all.  The I am human comment came from when we asked you to pay for your oil and filter after doing an OIL PAN repair to your car.  Our intention was to take care of the cost.  The way I was spoken too and treated was totally not necessary and we had to move the conversation between us and the Man of the house at the time.  I am sorry you feel the way you do but we tried very hard to please you but your simply angry at the world and that is hard to help when your talked too in this fashion.  Good luck to you.
