Do not trust what they say
Wow. Freaking wow. And not in a great way. My husband and I purchased a used equinox which I will say was beautiful. Our sales rep was actually amazing poor gentleman showed up to work after being hit by a car. That experience was great. Now enter the slimy finance manager who tried to throw on a 1900 dollar warranty service and flat out told us it was part of the cost of the vehicle. We specifically asked how it worked and was again told. It's included. It's only after we did the numbers that we found it was an additional charge. They did the right thing and removed it. Now move on to us wiring the final payment and them delivering the car. The gentleman who brought the car was very sweet and amazing, even made it happen after getting a flat. Today we go to use the vehicle to pick up our niece and nephew, gas light turns on and like anyone we pull into the gas station to put gas. Here's where it gets interesting. There is a lock on the gas cap. Look around everywhere panicking hoping the dealership left the key in the glove box or something. Noooope. No such luck. We call the dealership after almost being stranded on the side of the road with 2 kids. The MANAGER tells us. "We'll It's a used car so..." excuse me. So your telling me you didn't think to check that we had a damn key to be able to put gas in the vehicle you just sold us. We were hoping it was just an oversight and they would remedy the issue. Oh no, not at all. Just told on repeat "well it's a used car, just get a screwdriver and pop the lock. "Wow. Just wow. I've been in customer service and escalations in corp America for 20+ years and have never seen such horrible service. This will be the last Chevy we ever buy. And we will never buy any vehicle from the pierre name again.

Sold to me then changed the price two days later by $800.00
They sold me a vehicle over the phone at an agreed price on Saturday and we put $1000.00 down on credit card. Monday evening I get a call from their salesman Martin saying sorry they now won’t let me drive the vehicle down there because we now can’t take a guy from service so they said they now need to charge me an additional $800.00 to transport it down. I offered to pay an additional $250.00 and they said good luck! Wow! That’s the definition of bait and switch right there!

Chevy Bolt EV Purchase
I hate car shopping, but the process was about as quick and painless as it is possible to be. Adonis delivered the car to my house the next morning since it was so recently delivered that it hadn't been fully charged yet, which was a nice touch.

Battery recall
The person who helped me was kind and respectful this review does not reflect him in any way. I bought 2021 bolt, shortly after I was made known of recall and had to turn down mileage per charge , it was a whole year plus before battery placement done and after done I got 50-70 miles less than originally battery. Would not have but this car had I known this , looking into lemon laws

Replacement recall
Came in for a part recall replacement. They were great as usual but I asked if the car been plugged in and charged (it’s electric) they said yes . But they had not, if this not an expectation they could have said as much.

Lack of communication
Dropped off 2yr old truck for repair and sat in lot for a week before I had to call to find out nothing had been done and cost additional week of rental car!

Work was completed as requested, but copy of multi-point inspection sheet was not provided as stated it was.
Was glad to be able to pick up vehicle from sales dept when I aarrived after service dept had closed.
