The Bill Marsh Hyundai Service Department is professional and friendly. I was a little disappointed that the part replacement was not covered by my warranty. My vehicle has just over 64,000 miles and the Temperature Control Actuator warranty ended at 60,000. The service team kept me informed of when the part would arrive and scheduled replacement in a timely fashion. The price for replacement was higher than I might have wanted but I had no heat so the service was essential.

On-going problem w/Ioniq check engine light
James Marsh & Ashley Mallory were very pro-active in getting resolution to a complex problem w/our 2019 Ioniq. Vehicle was there about 2 wks and the technician successfully traced down the problem with the check engine light. Ashley gave us updates almost daily as to the progress being made and that was much appreciated. She loves her job and the customers she assists can feel that. It was a pleasure to meet James Marsh as well. We are very pleased with the dealership as they stand behind their product.
