Appointment for a test drive a honda
I set up an appointment with Barbara on a Thursday evening to test drive a car on Sunday afternoon with Kevin. I get a confirmation email soon after with the VIN# and Stock#. The day of the appointment I get another email making sure I was going to be there and I replied that I was En route. I show up and NO car! No Kevin! The sales person that I spoke with had no idea what I was talking about and tried to play it off like it was there, he just didn't know where. Right! Brian(?)(sales mgr, he says) comes out and asks me what the problem is...obviously he knows more than he says. I explain the problem(again) and he says the vehicle in question is in Asland, Ky. WTF!!! Why the hell is the car on your website and I was given an appointment to test drive it here!? They don't know and was going to "look into it". So who's going to pay for my time? I cut my business short in Ohio the day before to meet this appointment. They had two days to make sure this would go as planned and more than enough time to call me and tell me they didn't have the car! They said they would get back to me which they have not and the sad part is they won't. They don't care and I was ready to but right then! If you think these people care your in a fantasy world.
