You definitely lost a loyal customer.. won’t coming back anymore
I been going to this place since 2011 even before it used to be big o tires.. even if I move to Rancho Cucamonga I still go to this place because they do a good job.. however not till today everything changed when the big guy ben ripped me off instead of helping me out.. he even at first give me a quote much expensive to the actual dealership I go to.. even made me wait an hour asking if I want to get my car done and that's simply the reason why I took a day off.. the guys that works around there especially Jason and Sal are amazing but I regret that with this new ownership and that guy Ben.. was completely disappointing.. I even get quote to my spouse mechanic closer to my place in Rancho Cucamonga for $100 less but since I still trust their work I still went with them anyways.. totally losing their loyal customer for this just because of this.. I even ask if I can speak to the owner or manager but they said it's out of town.. completely lost my interest doing business with them.. if I can rate it negative I will. So disappointed.. only ben told me is that he can’t get a hold of his manager and even the owner coz their either off or out of town.
