Very disappointed with this dealership’s service process
Very disappointed with this dealership’s service process. I recently purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe (only has 2,500 miles) and started noticing issues including transmission, decreasing oil level, and fueling problems. I scheduled a diagnostic appointment for Saturday at 8:45 AM since weekends are the only time I’m available.
I woke up early and drove over 30 minutes to arrive on time, only to be told they would not even look at the vehicle and that I would have to leave it until Monday just for a diagnostic. That makes no sense, especially when I had a scheduled appointment. They also did not offer a loaner or rental option, even though this is my only vehicle and my family depends on it for transportation.
Extremely frustrating experience and a waste of time.
