Subject: Formal Complaint Against Big Star Hyundai Clearlake – Dishonest Practices & Abusive Manager Behavior


ZERO STARS – Dishonest & Threatening Behavior at Big Star Hyundai Clearlake

I called this dealership three times before visiting to confirm a 0% financing offer on a Hyundai pickup truck. A sales rep named Alexandria assured me every time that the offer was available.

When I arrived, they completely changed the story and said the 0% financing was NOT available. When I asked why I was misled, I was met with excuses.

I asked to speak with the manager, and that’s when things became outrageous and unacceptable:
• The manager never gave his name or wore any name ID.
• He insulted me AND my wife, raised his voice, and even used curse words.
• He became physically aggressive, got very close to my face, and was clearly threatening me.

This dealership uses bait-and-switch tactics to lure customers in and then treats them with disrespect and intimidation. The manager’s threatening behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Avoid Big Star Hyundai Clearlake at all costs! I strongly urge Hyundai Corporate to take immediate action against this dealership and its manager.
