I bought two cars from Big Star Hyundai, both are 2024. During the signing, I specifically mentioned that I don't need any extended warranty or added repair packages. However, talking to the bank I realized they added a total of 3500 for both cars without my knowledge. After three months, I received a check which they dedicated 1000 dollars from the first car. I am a retired engineer and I won't let them to steal my money. I have all the time in my disposal.
