Emergency tire service was outstanding!
I was driving through Columbus to get back home—As I hit the 55mph zone out of town my tire pressure warning came on. I flipped around and drove right to the station. They were so kind, got me in immediately, allowed my dog to come in the waiting room with me and plugged my tire in minutes. Unbeknownst to them—I had had a very tough day—needing to enact power of attorney for my dad’s medical care due to Alzheimer’s. They didn’t need to help me at all today and yet they did—and immediately and reasonably. That kindness doesn’t go unnoticed. From the bottom of my heart—thank you!

No issues with the work they do. Always gets me in and out.
Does good work. I Appreciate the fact they recognize vets. Friendly and easy to work with. Been a long time customer. Diane is always so pleasant. Never have to wait long for an appointment.

Had oil changed and then the truck completely checked over for a 2000 mile drive.
Mike went thru everything in the drivetrain and engine before I took a 2000 mile trip. He checked everything and made recommendations about anything that needed to be done. Very satisfied with him and his mechanics

Annoying problems...
Took my car in for a clunking noise couldn't describe it any other way then that... The guys are great they found out what it was right away my struts they also checked out my wiring because my back windows will not work all of a sudden.. glad to know he has the right people for the right jobs down there ....thank you much.

Best shop around
They are always nice and courteous. They also snuck me in for an oil change and mounted and balanced my tires so I did not have to come back a second time . They are the best shop around, thanks guys.

Big Mike's Auto is always honest and great pricing. They never take advantage of you by charging more to pad their pockets. Diane, their receptionist, is a super nice person too and will do what she can to get you scheduled or get you an answer that she may not already know. Just an all-around great place to take your vehicle.
