Ordered an engine from Big 3. Communication is poor. Was getting the run around for when my motor was going to be shipped. Started out that couldn’t deliver to my residence, then for some reason delivery to the freight terminal wasn’t going to work. Started a credit card charge back on my shipping estimate charge and no core charge and miraculously 2 days later he was ready to ship. Since the bank was now holding the funds we had to wait 45 days for a reversal. After this time period started the inquiry of new shipment date. Once again started getting the run around and was eventually told that I created this problem, and for me to figure it out. Which then forced me to start a chargeback on the motor charge. Miraculously 2 days later he sends a screen shot that the 1st dispute was finalized. After talking to my bank his bank had received the funds several weeks earlier. Not sure if this was just bad luck, but my experience was and has been not very good and wouldn’t recommend doing business via online. I was credited my motor funds via the bank, however, he hasn’t offered to refund me the money for the no core or shipping charge.
