Turbo noise
I scheduled my appointment over a week in advance, I dropped off my truck at 8 am Thurs. Work on my truck was never started until Mon. I picked up my tuck on Wed. It ran terrible. Took it back immediately. After several days of excuses, my tuck was again ready on Tues. I picked up my truck on Wed. 8 workdays to replace a turbo ??? Trucks runs good, no more turbo noise but the front of my truck (I have a painted bumper) is all scratched up'
I had the bullet proof campaign done several years ago by previous management at the prior location. Much better experience then.

Great service every time!
The Big 3 guys are amazing. Great experience every time I bring my truck in. Everything I've had done they've done a great job, from my engine swap and upgrades, to basic service. I'll be a customer as long as I am in the Tampa area!

phenomenal service
they were able to fit me in a canceled service slot for the next day and diagnose the issues with my old dodge work truck. there are a few things wrong with my truck that i can live with and they were very respectful of that. unfortunately my budget did not allow for the complete rebuild that i need but they were able to get me back on the road and laid out all my options.

Big 3 to the rescue
We were on a trip from VA to south Florida when my alternator failed on my F350 diesel. Austin fit us in for an emergency repair so we could continue our trip. He provided brand new Ford alternator and labor to ensure all is right for travel. We were on our way in just over 3 hours. Well done. Good honest people that want the correct solution to your vehicle’s problem. He kept us informed throughout the visit, and even provided an Uber so we could do some shopping while we waited. Highly recommend. A real blessing, especially in an unfamiliar area and need help.

Ball joints and brake work (diesel)
The folks at Big 3 have always treated well. I recently brought in our work truck for repairs and oil change. The repairs were done promptly and we were provided with reasonable prices for the work done. Sandra and Dave run an honest and trustworthy repair shop.
