They are terrible at communicating
I have always taken my car to them for oil changes, but when I had to take it in to be fixed, it was like they didn't care at all. You can call them, but it's very rare that anyone actually answers. You can leave a voicemail, but I never received a call back when I did so. They don't even call to let you know that your car is ready to pick up. The lack of communication is from them is infuriating. I won't be taking my car there again unless it is something that is covered under the warranty.
