The clerk is very helpful. Awnsered all my questions. They can get busy. Prices are explained before the job is performed. Happy to have brought my vehicle. I have three more to bring for service.
Stopped by at lunch time to get my car smogged just as they were stepping away for lunch. I asked when to come back and he said he would take my car in and that it would be about 40 minutes though since it was their lunch. They texted when it was done and it only took 25 minutes! They were quick and their customer service was great!
When our registration was due, we found out the vehicle had to have a smog check. Family member told us about Best Valley.

Never had my check engine light come on after I changed the TCM part back in Nov. Of 2024. Now your telling me there was a problem again but everything else passed smog fine.
Upon arrival at this specific location. I was greeted and immediately ask how can we help you.
I told the person behind the counter and he explained to me how long was it going to take. And of course they were right on time.
