Took my vehicle to shop for brake issue at approximately 4:30 on Tuesday Feb. 20 & was advised they would check it out and call me the next morning. No call from shop. Called Dan Friday Feb. 22 at 8:21 am and he said they hadn’t gotten to but the mechanic was taking it right away on a test drive and he would call me right back. Did not get a call. I called Dan back at 2:23 pm and stated the tech was in restroom (lol). I ask if there were any charges and immediately traveled across town, picked it up and took it to another shop. Not a single word from them. Not going back.
