My husband and I went into the show room of Jones Hyundai with very clear expectations of what our intentions were. We were greeted promptly by Tim, he was very courteous and made sure we were comfortable sitting and talking about our intentions. We knew we wanted to buy new, I knew the budget i was not varying from, but we were undecided about model/size. Going between Kia and Hyundai, Tim happily took us around both locations. After deciding on Hyundai, we talked + and - between the Sante Fe and Palisade and it came down to the size of our family. Tim really encouraged us to drive whatever we were interested in so we could fully rule out or say YES we did tried it and we liked it. He said the worst thing to feel is regret after making a purchase like a vehicle. I appreciated Tim’s thoroughness and help coming to the realization that our family of three fits best in the smaller of the two vehicles, we purchased the Sante Fe Calligraphy and we are IN LOVE with it. Tim gave us some great extras with our new purchase. Couldn’t thank him enough for standing in the freezing cold with us and going through each and every thing that popped into my head.
