Beach Collision does great quality work and, when done, the car looks new. Where Beach Collision falls short is on communication. They did not call at any time during the repair to pro-actively provide details of the repair and anticipated completion. When I called for an update they always had to check and promised a call back, 8 out of 10 times that return call never happened. I would give them a five star rating if they had just made an attempt to communicate and followed up when they promised to.
