Longstanding problem fixed!
For about three and a half years, my 2000 Bonneville had a stalling problem, first after a cold start, then even a warm start. The car would choke and lurch, especially in reverse. The problem came and went, eventually getting worse. A friend suggested that the gas tank had water. My previous shop replaced various parts, none of which fully resolved the issue. Beach Cities fixed the problem by replacing the crankshaft position sensor and cleaning the harmonic balancer. The car now drives smoothly. I was concerned that I might need a new car. I'm delighted with the troubleshooting..
