I took my BMW X3 to BMW for service and they gave me a HEFTY estimate for a repair that needed to be done. I went home, Googled what they told me needed to be replaced, and found out it’s a known issue with my type of BMW. So I started Googling repair shops with good reviews and making some phone calls.
I ended up stopping here because the lady I talked to on the phone was SO nice. Like a friend that doesn’t know you yet, if that makes sense. She was helpful, knowledgeable and had stellar customer service. She really sold me on the phone, so I decided to give them my business.
And I’m so glad I did. The customer service was amazing from the moment I walked through the door until I picked my car up. The price was much more reasonable than what BMW quoted me, and I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of. I felt like they genuinely cared about me and my car.
I’m highlighting her and this business because good customer service still matters, and they definitely have it here.
BMW doesn’t have to worry about me because I found my new shop! Thank y’all so much for taking care of me. I’ll definitely be back... just hopefully not anytime soon because I’d like for my car and my bank account to leave each other alone for a while. 😂
