Best Service Ever!
I cannot say enough great things about BBS! After taking my BMW somewhere else for a routine oil change, I was told my vehicle had major issues and was given repair quotes totaling over $2,500. Mind you — I DROVE my car into that shop with absolutely no issues. I was overwhelmed, stressed, and honestly terrified after being told my car could not even be driven.

Once my vehicle was towed to BBS, they immediately reassured me, diagnosed the situation properly, and let me know there was actually no major catastrophic issue with my vehicle. They changed my oil, treated me with honesty and integrity, and completely restored my trust.

Brittany and Teri were AMAZING — professional, friendly, calming, knowledgeable, and just overall incredible energy from the moment I walked in. Their customer service was top tier and they genuinely cared.

It is rare to find shops that are both knowledgeable and honest, especially with BMWs. I will absolutely be returning and recommending BBS to everyone I know. Thank you all again so much!
